Requirements

Minimum 12 years of IT experience
3–4 years of hands-on Adobe Workfront experience, including administration, configuration, and solutioning
At least 2 years of Workfront System Admin or consultancy experience
Experience with Workfront Fusion for integrations and workflow automation
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); 15 years full-time education (in lieu of degree, minimum 12 years of relevant work experience)
Must have skills: Adobe Workfront Work Management Software

Responsibilities

Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront functionality and architecture
Lead discovery workshops with clients to capture requirements and map them to scalable Workfront solutions
Design, build, and configure Workfront objects: custom forms, templates, portfolios, programs, reports, dashboards, approval workflows, notifications, statuses, job roles, and user structures
Collect requirements and assess against client process design principles and enterprise workflows
Configure and optimize Workfront Fusion workflows to enable integrations and automations with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise systems
Manage Workfront environments, provide administration and governance support, and deliver user training
Work closely with project stakeholders, functional leads, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation
Coordinate UAT, acceptance testing, and issue resolution
Act as a thought leader in Workfront solutioning, staying updated on new features and roadmap capabilities
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing across the practice
