Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience (5 to 8 years specifically in Salesforce Lightning Web Components)
15 years full-time education (strong background in computer science or related field preferred)
Must have Salesforce Technical Architecture skills
Must have Salesforce Lightning, LWC Integration, Apex, Aura, Triggers, Customization, and Configuration experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
Experience in designing and developing Salesforce applications
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Experience in designing and building modern, reusable, and responsive UI components using LWC
Experience in configuring Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements
Experience managing release cycles, deployments, and version control
Leadership or mentoring experience in a Salesforce development team
Experience in Salesforce Automation and knowledge of Generative AI

Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Design and develop efficient and scalable applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components
Configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements
Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development process
Conduct code reviews and enforce high coding standards
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, QA, and admins to ensure alignment and success
