Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (Must Have)
Experience with IT service management processes and best practices
Strong understanding of application design principles and patterns
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems
15 years full time education
Good to have: Experience with Agile development methodologies
Good to have: Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices
Good to have: Experience with ServiceNow development and customization
Good to have: Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
