ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows, creative problem-solving skills, comfort running projects independently, and the ability to travel up to 50% are also necessary.
The Principal Technical Consultant will design and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices and technical expertise, translating requirements into technical specifications and user stories. They will influence customers on leading practices for upgradability and maintainability, drive large-scale developments, and lead partner teams and technical governance. Responsibilities include staying updated on ServiceNow advancements, mentoring junior team members, participating in customer workshops, designing workflow solutions, providing oversight and unit testing of code, advising customers on platform capabilities, guiding documentation completion, and providing feedback to product development.
