The Apartment Listings Management Specialist will be responsible for posting apartment listings daily onto Facebook Marketplace, creating and updating rental property listings on various platforms, utilizing social media and digital platforms to attract potential tenants. They will also monitor and update property availability, pricing, and listing details, respond to inquiries and messages from potential renters, work closely with property managers and leasing agents, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase engagement and leads, track social media and listing performance, and ensure listings comply with fair housing regulations and company policies.
