Responsibilities

They will also monitor and update property availability, pricing, and listing details, respond to inquiries and messages from potential renters, work closely with property managers and leasing agents, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase engagement and leads, track social media and listing performance, and ensure listings comply with fair housing regulations and company policies.
