Responsibilities

Serves as the primary IT contact and escalation point for the APAC region across all technical domains
Guides regional IT service desk team and ensures adherence to service desk KPIs
Integrates with corporate IT to understand changes and cascade communication
Engages with key regional stakeholders to understand needs, share prioritization, and provide updates
Communicates regional needs to corporate IT and serves as the primary communication conduit for local projects
Maintains APAC-relevant projects and enhancements within the global IT portfolio
Ensures that corporate IT standards are enforced within the APAC region
Takes command and owns to resolution any regional IT operational crisis or critical incident
Develops a deep understanding of regional needs and proactively makes recommendations on where technology can add value
