Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creation of digital training devices, from detailed storyboard development to final module delivery, including internal validation and testing phases
  • Handle the mounting/editing of training videos: synchronize audio/video, perform cuts following project managers' instructions, and deliver modules for final validation
  • Update training-dedicated communication supports and channels: collaborate with the communication service to create video teasers, update the intranet, and create SharePoint pages
  • Propose improvements to existing media, such as visual effects or innovative tools, to enhance production quality
  • Assist the Digital Learning Manager and Learning & Development project managers in the operational design of digital training content
