Expérience dans la conception de pipelines de personnages avec Maya et Unreal
Expérience dans la création de systèmes modulaires et flexibles pour un grand nombre de types de personnages variés
Expérience dans la création d'outils efficaces pouvant s'adapter aux besoins du projet
Connaissance approfondie des techniques et des principes de rigging de personnages
Capacité à créer des déformations attrayantes (skinning)
Expérience dans la création/modification d'outils de rigging automatique et de skinning

Responsibilities

Mettre en place et entretenir les systèmes et les systèmes animables des personnages (humains, animaux, créatures)
Collaborer avec l'équipe artistique pour développer des modèles répondant aux exigences techniques
Travailler en collaboration avec le groupe d'animation pour créer des rigs conviviaux pour les artistes répondant aux besoins des animation et du gameplay
Assister l'équipe d'animation dans la résolution de tout problème technique d'animation
Résoudre les problèmes liés à l'implémentation d'animations en jeu
Rechercher des opportunités pour améliorer notre pipeline d'animation et proposer des solutions pour optimiser les processus techniques d'animation
Développer de nouvelles techniques et processus pour atteindre nos objectifs esthétiques visuels
Concevoir et mettre en place la dynamique des personnages (comme le tissu et les cheveux)
Créer des outils pour simplifier le flux de travail et le pipeline
Fournir et maintenir la documentation technique
Être une force positive et créative au sein de l'équipe, travaillant de manière à soutenir et encourager une culture diversifiée et inclusive
