This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week on 10 hr shifts during days.
This is an on-site position at the USDA registered sheep farm and laboratory in Benson, VT.
Experience working on a farm and/or with livestock, as well as working within a laboratory environment, is required.
A high school diploma is required.
Responsibilities include antisera processing, collection of blood by plasmapheresis, antigen administration, test bleeding, weekly animal sorting, and ensuring animal welfare through feeding, watering, bedding, and mucking.
