Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, and have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role. Strong proficiency in SQL is required, along with experience using data visualization tools like PowerBI. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Analytics Specialist will contribute to and drive analytics initiatives to support business needs and drive measurable performance, working both proactively and reactively to produce high-impact data analyses and actionable reporting. They will generate data products in PowerBI and other mediums, delivering high-impact, sustainable, purpose-driven data products within Welo Data’s certified reporting infrastructure, containing data visualizations that are clear, interactive, and effective in delivering insights. The role involves engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translating business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborating with the Data Engineering team as needed.
