The role requires 1–2 years of work experience, strong macroeconomic fundamentals, a solid understanding of how local dynamics, policy, politics, and other factors interact with economic dynamics, exceptionally strong communication skills, flexibility to adapt to commercial needs, and the ability to get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar topics. A Bachelor's (or preferably Master’s) degree from a top-tier academic institution in a relevant field, ideally Economics, is also required.
