A strong understanding of macroeconomic fundamentals and demonstrated knowledge of key SSA markets through academic or professional research is required. The role also necessitates research experience, exceptional English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
The Analyst will monitor economic, political, and regulatory developments in the SSA region and analyze their implications for multinational companies. This includes conducting primary and secondary research, supporting the creation of analysis and presentations for senior executives, and writing concise, impactful research deliverables.
