Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Com degree in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA in Finance, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Intercompany Reconciliation. A strong understanding of the RTR process, adherence to laws and best practices for customer and data handling, excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), proficiency in English, and strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. The role also requires comfort with numbers and financial information processing.

Responsibilities

The Analyst will be responsible for preparing Intercompany reconciliations and IFA reconciliations, managing postings, and preparing overdue receipts reports with follow-up actions. They will also post Intercompany Invoice accruals, process monthly journals, prepare amortization schedules for prepayments, and identify and clear Intercompany imbalances. Additionally, the role involves providing solutions for ledger issues, managing an Intercompany dashboard for monthly calls, and coordinating with AP and OTC teams for support in clearing imbalances and aged items.
