Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience working as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) developer
  • Proficiency in TM1 Rules, Feeders, Turbo Integrator processes, and system configuration
  • Experience with Oracle EPM / Essbase or Anaplan (plus)
  • Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, or similar fields (preferred)
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and markets (beneficial)
  • Good understanding of Finance / Asset Management industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain TM1 models and applications, including budgeting, forecasting, and actual reports
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing models
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data processing to support actuals and forecast/budget close processes for the TM1 platform
  • Lead the development and enhancement work for various TM1 models throughout all phases, from requirements gathering to build, user testing, go-live, and support
  • Play an active role in cloud migration and model transformation initiatives
  • Lead report conversion from TM1 perspectives to Planning Analytics for Excel (PAFE) and Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
  • Provide day-to-day user support for the TM1 application, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and reports
  • Create and maintain process documentation to ensure it stays current as the process evolves
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs
