Responsibilities

The Analyst I, Falcon Complete will conduct monitoring and in-depth analysis of security alerts using the CrowdStrike platform, and exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. Responsibilities include performing malware analysis, remote remediation of malware or malicious activity, and developing/improving processes for incident detection, triage, and countermeasures. The role also involves producing high-quality written and verbal communications and recommendations to customer management, demonstrating industry thought leadership, and assisting in the advancement of security processes and procedures.
