  • Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Music Business, Business Administration, or Accounting is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and responsibility of assigned territories and projects as part of the Global Royalty team
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of assigned territories and projects, including usage understanding, payment schedule, statement layout details, and unique processing steps
  • Ensure consistency in defining and maintaining a high standard for global administration as a representative in UMPG’s Global system
  • Prepare and review royalty statement reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting to songwriters
  • Support UMPG’s royalty process with royalty statement processing in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with company controls
  • Assist with UMPG Tech development including testing and source interface implementation
  • Provide reporting on information from UMPG systems for management or affiliates
  • Maintain strong relationships with local office affiliates and global admin colleagues, collaborating and supporting as needed
  • Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required in response to changing business requirements
  • Overtime as required
