A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred along with 4+ years of relevant financial operations experience. Progression toward advanced degrees and/or professional certifications is a plus.
Candidates need a strong understanding of the trade operations environment and market settlement practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and solid understanding of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SQL or VBA knowledge is a plus, along with exposure to Fund Accounting or Pricing and OMGEO Alert and CTM.
The team is part of the Global Middle Office (GMO) Division within the Fidelity Fund & Investments Operations (FFIO) business unit, handling trade operations for FMR, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management, Fidelity International, and other global entities. You will work closely with trading desks in Boston, London, and Hong Kong, along with internal teams like Global Corporate Actions, Risk, Legal, and external counterparts like brokers and custodian banks across over 70 countries.
