Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights to HR and leadership teams
Translate data and program evaluation into actionable strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engagement and culture-building initiatives
Assist in shaping and supporting a strong, inclusive, and values-driven company culture
Support the planning and execution of company culture events and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Monitor budgets, process invoices, and track expenditures for engagement and culture programs
Coordinate engagement events, workshops, and recognition programs
Build relationships and collaborate with community groups to promote outreach, volunteerism, and social impact initiatives
Maintain and update the company intranet with relevant content, announcements, and resources related to engagement and culture
