Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in building interactive dashboards in Power BI with exposure to DAX; excellent MS Excel skills
Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis, such as SQL, Python, or R
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen to stakeholders and articulate complex information clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth
Create, maintain, and enhance reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI to track key sales performance and customer metrics
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives related to customer acquisition, retention, and sales conversion
Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand their requirements and assist in developing data-driven strategies
Develop and deliver clear, visually engaging presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
Act as a problem-solver by identifying trends, analyzing performance, and offering strategic solutions based on data
