Demonstrated 1-3+ years of experience/knowledge with financial investing and wealth management
Experience directly or indirectly supporting Retail & Institutional clients
Technical skills in several of the following: JavaScript, Python, SQL, and VBA (a plus)
Knowledge of BLK Aladdin, Salesforce, and accounting systems (a plus)
Self-motivated, creative thinker with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Onboarding of new SMA client accounts within BlackRock’s retail channels
Accurate and timely responses to all requests coming into the SMA New Accounts Onboarding team from internal partners & external clients
Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to clarify business requirements for successful client onboarding
Foster positive relationships with internal collaborators (Sales, Portfolio Managers) by actively listening to their needs and consistently delivering results for the firm
Manage time between day-to-day responsibilities and project involvement
Liaise with senior management in weekly/monthly meetings
