Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in cards, payments, or financial services analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly diagnostics to assess portfolio performance and track metrics such as contactless usage, XB (cross border), CNP (card not present), and PSR (payment success rates) to identify trends and gaps
  • Identify growth opportunities across customer segments and micro-segments
  • Monitor early activation and dormancy, recommend value added services to improve engagement
  • Analyze payment success metrics and address gaps in customer experience (e.g., acceptance issues)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve transaction success and reduce declines
  • Maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams including product, marketing, and operations
  • Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders across client portfolio team
  • Conduct regular business reviews, publish performance trackers, and benchmark portfolio metrics and customer experience against market standards
