Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred; or combination of coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience)
  • 2-5 Years relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in working with large, complex datasets
  • Skills: Budgeting, Collaborating, Data Management, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Microsoft Excel, Self Motivation

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Manage capital project budgets and purchase orders
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to both capital finance and fleet management
  • Participate in the preparation of month and year-end processes by reviewing actual vs. budget/forecast variances and reviewing financial trends
  • Prepare and analyze financial and back-end capital processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and strategic alignment of capital investments
  • Conduct reporting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; know products and services; win as a team; participate in Net Promoter System; drive results and growth; support inclusion; do what's right for stakeholders
