Responsibilities

The Analyst - Account Manager will develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate contract renewal activities, communicate with internal teams, and identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development. They will also assist team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, contribute to team meetings, and collaborate on projects.
