Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Analog Circuits Design
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Analog Circuits Design, including sound understanding of transistor level circuit design, amplifiers, bias circuits, reliability & EMIR flows
Proficiency in tools/languages: Synopsys PrimeSim, Cadence Virtuoso, scripting, Python, Verilog/C
Good to have: PLL, OSC, LPDDR, LDO, BGR design knowledge; experience with mixed-signal design; strong understanding of circuit simulation tools such as SPICE; familiarity with PCB design and layout principles; experience in troubleshooting and debugging analog circuits

Responsibilities

Design & Verification of Analog IPs (including sub blocks, top level, EMIR, Reliability, Electrical rule check etc.) using Synopsys PrimeSim / Cadence Virtuoso tools
Verify analog IP from scratch and create required documents such as PPT before design review
Design and develop analog circuits for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and power efficiency
Simulate, prototype, and fine-tune circuits, addressing challenges related to noise, signal integrity, and thermal performance
Collaborate to integrate analog circuits into larger systems and validate them through extensive testing
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in analog circuit design
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in circuit design and testing methodologies
