Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business-System Analyst
Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN
Ability to describe and break down requirements into epics and user stories
Experience in conducting workshops for gathering requirements and modeling business processes, as well as documenting and analyzing collected requirements
Knowledge of SQL and navigating databases for data analysis
Creating project documentation and post-implementation documentation according to established standards
Ability to prepare state machines, domain models, business and system process diagrams
(Preferred) Experience in the insurance industry
(Preferred) Participation in projects building new systems

Responsibilities

Conducting business process analysis (as-is, to-be) in the area of sales and integration
Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Developing impact analysis and dependencies between systems and processes
Preparing materials for system architecture (description of main functionalities, integration areas, domain model, process descriptions, configuration proposals)
Analyzing and documenting individual functionalities using activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and screen mockups
Supporting the definition of system development stages and overseeing the integration process with other systems
