Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience after post-graduation, working in the QSMS/SMS area in oil and gas companies
  • Higher education degree in any field of study
  • Post-graduation Lato Sensu in Management or Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Quality, Safety, Environment and Health (QSMS), Safety, Environment and Health (SMS), or Specialization Lato Sensu in Occupational Safety Engineering from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC)

Responsibilities

  • Register non-conformities identified in audits and inspections in Petrobras' computerized system
  • Conduct SMS audits and/or inspections at bases and operational fronts, meeting established targets
  • Analyze action plans for treating non-conformities identified in inspections/audits
  • Monitor the implementation of actions to treat non-conformities from inspections/audits
  • Support contract oversight in completing the SMS questionnaire of the IDF
  • Assist in preparing Checklists (LV) for periodic SMS contract evaluation, based on the contractual SMS annex and applicable characteristics and requirements
  • Prepare presentations of SMS data and indicators for critical analysis meetings
  • Update and input data on resource registration, simulated planning, emergency plan maintenance, and emergency control in computerized systems
  • Support the process of defining the SMS contracting mode, categorization, and preparation of SMS annexes
