Responsibilities

  • Suporte a usuários no atendimento técnico de solicitações ou problemas de TI
  • Atender e registrar todas as solicitações de suporte técnico recebidas via telefone, chat e sistema de tickets
  • Resolução de solicitações / incidentes de acordo com o catálogo de serviços (metodologia ITIL)
  • Atuação com suporte remoto para solução em primeiro contato conforme procedimentos técnicos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos
  • Habilidade para analisar e priorizar ocorrências
  • Contribuir na atualização da base de conhecimento indicando melhorias contínuas e soluções para aumentar a eficiência e a satisfação do usuário
