Responsibilities

Gerenciar riscos e resolver problemas que impactem escopo, cronograma e qualidade
Planejar e manter o cronograma de releases, alinhando serviços, parceiros e fornecedores
Coordenar conteúdo e esforço do release com base em backlog, solicitações e atualizações
Comunicar planos, compromissos e mudanças (incluindo QA, cronograma e escopo)
Conduzir revisões de prontidão (Release Readiness), marcos e decisões Go/No-Go
Produzir documentação: Deployment Plans, Run Books e planos de implementação
Participar de CAB meetings para apresentar mudanças em produção (RFCs)
Liderar atividades de Go-Live, garantindo execução dos planos e checklists
Gerar relatórios semanais de release
Melhoria contínua: documentar problemas, propor automação e otimizar processos
Interagir com diferentes níveis hierárquicos para garantir execução suave
