Responsibilities

  • Gerenciar riscos e resolver problemas que impactem escopo, cronograma e qualidade
  • Planejar e manter o cronograma de releases, alinhando serviços, parceiros e fornecedores
  • Coordenar conteúdo e esforço do release com base em backlog, solicitações e atualizações
  • Comunicar planos, compromissos e mudanças (incluindo QA, cronograma e escopo)
  • Conduzir revisões de prontidão (Release Readiness), marcos e decisões Go/No-Go
  • Produzir documentação: Deployment Plans, Run Books e planos de implementação
  • Participar de CAB meetings para apresentar mudanças em produção (RFCs)
  • Liderar atividades de Go-Live, garantindo execução dos planos e checklists
  • Gerar relatórios semanais de release
  • Melhoria contínua: documentar problemas, propor automação e otimizar processos
  • Interagir com diferentes níveis hierárquicos para garantir execução suave
