Responsibilities

  • Criar e manter perfis detalhados de contas-alvo (Ideal Customer Profile - ICP)
  • Planejar e executar campanhas de ABM em diferentes níveis
  • Desenvolver conteúdos personalizados para cada etapa da jornada de compra
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os times de vendas, produto e customer success
  • Monitorar KPIs de campanhas ABM e gerar insights para otimização contínua
  • Utilizar ferramentas de automação, CRM e inteligência de dados para segmentação e personalização
  • Participar da definição de estratégias de entrada em contas estratégicas
  • Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros envolvidos nas ações de ABM
  • Atuar com diversos projetos dado ao atendimento há aproximadamente 20 contas
