Requirements

They must also demonstrate expertise in integrating and manipulating data from various sources, including relational databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, with a focus on structuring consistent and reliable data. A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, IT Analysis, IT Administration, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

As an Analista de BI, the role involves performing statistical and descriptive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities within business data; developing, updating, and maintaining interactive dashboards in BI tools, ensuring clear and actionable visualizations; integrating data from diverse sources, structuring consistent and reliable datasets; supporting business areas with data-driven insights, translating technical requirements and proposing analytical solutions; guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and governance of data used in analyses and reports; applying segmentation, aggregation, and data exploration techniques to support strategic and operational decisions; collaborating with technology and business teams, contributing a critical and analytical perspective; and communicating findings objectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
