Responsibilities

  • Assist coordinating shoots
  • Moodboarding for artist projects
  • Carry out administrative work to ensure the studio runs smoothly
  • Scour social media for interesting creative work and future collaborators
  • Research fresh visual, fashion, and cultural trends to shape creative direction
  • Research and build lists of exciting new creatives to collaborate with (photographers, stylists, designers, directors)
  • Build and maintain dynamic decks, creative references, and inspiring mood boards
  • Help prepare polished presentation materials for internal and artist meetings
  • Assist with hands-on production support, coordinating logistics, and ensuring shoots run smoothly
  • Support the Creative Director and Senior Creative Team with diary management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
  • Support with project workflows, update contact databases, and day-to-day content organisation
  • Raise POs, track budgets, and support supplier payments through Uniport
  • Take clear, concise meeting notes and circulate timely follow-ups
  • Collate and distribute campaign materials (decks, assets, artwork) to relevant teams
  • Book couriers, bikes, and transport to support studio operations and production logistics
  • Maintain digital archives and shared folders, ensuring everything is labelled and easy to find
  • Work closely with the Studio Island team and wider teams
