4+ years of hands-on build, R&D, or manufacturing experience on the shop floor
Hands-on skill/experience in fabrication, assembly, testing, and rework of metal structures, electrical, motion, and fluid systems
Highly proficient using hand and power tools
Troubleshooting complex system failures
Ability to maintain a clean & professional work environment adhering to 5S conventions
Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced, always evolving environment
Highly adaptable and resilient. Must have a high tolerance for change and acute sense of uncertainty
Passionate about their profession and a shared mission
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
Capability to lift and carry 50lbs., heavy equipment and materials

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in L-BPF or industrial capital equipment
Experience in NPI development within the systems/product development lifecycle
6+ years of hands-on technician experience assembling and testing hardware
Responsibilities
Executes assembly and testing at all levels of component through full system with immature documentation or instructions
Resolves issues related to the machine health to maintain progress during build, test, calibration, and operation activities
Provides actionable feedback regarding the machine design, processes, work instructions, and/or other documentation
Collaborates with the Mechanical, Software & Manufacturing Engineering development team to improve machine reliability and performance
Supports RCCA activities to identify root causes of manufacturing issues
Ensures assembly and test milestones and goals are met in collaboration with other AM Development teams and provides feedback and input regarding NPI of complex electromechanical equipment
