Participate in due diligence for acquisitions: analyze historical and future performance of target companies to identify risks affecting valuation or transaction structuring
Conduct post-acquisition follow-up: implement acquisition contracts, including validation of final acquisition price
Provide vendor assistance: perform pre-sale diagnostics, assist sellers throughout the transaction process (prepare/analyze financial information for sales, manage buyer information requests, negotiations)
Prepare vendor due diligence: create analysis documents for sellers to help potential investors assess risks and issues of target companies
Analyze financial information (historical performance, gross margin formation, cost structure, sustainable cash generation capacity, business plan assumptions)
Identify and evaluate risks and issues associated with target companies
Draft reports, primarily in English
