Requirements

  • Ability to operate under the International STO (Science & Technology Organizations) group
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Programs
  • Knowledge of GE HealthCare’s global clinical strategy
  • Understanding of compliance standards, internal policies, and external regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal liaison for KOL-related activities and innovation events
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic coherence and timely execution
  • Support the Director of Clinical Programs in monitoring program KPIs and compliance adherence
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for leadership and strategic reviews
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with global and regional KOLs in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Programs
  • Ensure all KOL interactions comply with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks
  • Assist in developing and implementing KOL engagement strategies aligned with STO and clinical program objectives
  • Coordinate logistics for CISI and ICI events, including speaker logistics and participant communication
  • Work with the Clinical Program Director to ensure event content reflects strategic priorities
  • Monitor event budgets and timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and compliance reviews
