Responsibilities

Assist Customer Success Managers with cross-departmental projects within the Data & IA department
Take charge of projects to simplify or automate processes
Assist team members in following up on and responding to complex client questions
Document processes, issues, and team knowledge to facilitate knowledge sharing
Collaborate with all departments to best resolve client issues
Be an active contributor to the sharing of experiences within this team
