  • Assist Customer Success Managers with cross-departmental projects within the Data & IA department
  • Take charge of projects to simplify or automate processes
  • Assist team members in following up on and responding to complex client questions
  • Document processes, issues, and team knowledge to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with all departments to best resolve client issues
  • Be an active contributor to the sharing of experiences within this team
