The candidate should be preparing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a National Diploma of Arts and Design (DNMADE) and seeking a 12-month internship (apprenticeship or professionalization contract). Ideally, they should have some prior experience (internship or internship) in the field of stage decoration, and possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
The Alternance – Chargé(e) de projet décoration will participate in the organizational project management of the workshop, including researching suppliers and requesting quotes, developing and updating IT tools for team and project management (planning and costing), communicating with clients about workshop topics, piloting and following up on organizational projects under the direction of a manager or team leader, and piloting and following up on artistic projects within the workshop under the direction of a team leader or manager. They will also participate in project costing under the supervision of a team leader or manager.
