Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in making sure the right products reach the right stores at the right time
  • Work cross-functionally to execute seasonal strategies and serve consumers through timely, accurate allocation decisions
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly receipt plans aligned with sales forecasts, store capacity, and promotional calendars
  • Ensure timely order execution to meet fixed deadlines and guarantee on-time store delivery
  • Support weekly reporting across consumer segments, gender, category sales, sell-through, and stock-to-sales analysis
  • Assist with pre-season allocation load-ins to launch new seasonal products
  • Manage in-season trade actions to mitigate risks and seize opportunities within your allocation portfolio
  • Contribute to assortment builds and inventory plans for new store openings
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management across all business areas
  • Partner with Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography teams to support forecast reviews, process improvements, and system enablement
