Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in the international logistics environment, preferably in the freight forwarder/air/express/courier or same-day logistics; or related field
At least 2+ years of proven track record in a similar role in customer service/operations
Demonstrated ability to rapidly move from one critical task to another and to shift roles when necessary
Attention to detail
Ability to make good judgments quickly
A positive attitude
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records
Fluent in speaking and writing English (any other language is a bonus)
Strong sense of proper prioritization
The ability to resolve shipping issues and thrive in fast-paced operational environments

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer service
