Entry pay is based on experience with a tiered hourly structure: Year 1 at $30.50, Year 2 at $31.00, Year 3 at $31.50, Year 4 at $34.50, Year 5 at $36.00, and Year 6 at $37.00. A $2.00 shift differential is added for working from 9:00PM to 7:30AM.
Maintenance bases are located in Windsor Locks, CT (BDL), Charleston, SC (CHS), New Orleans, LA (MSY), Norfolk, VA (ORF), Provo, UT (PVU), Tampa, FL (TPA), Providence, RI (PVD), Orlando, FL (MCO), and Fort Myers, FL (RSW).
A valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate or Repairman Certificate is required, and it must be kept available for inspection.
