Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related role
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools (e.g., Traxxall)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with web-based applications such as Traxxall
  • High level of technical expertise in aircraft maintenance
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing in-depth guidance on the use of products in real-world maintenance and compliance scenarios
  • Leverage hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance to advise customers on best practices, troubleshooting, and maximizing the value of the product suite
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and help them achieve operational goals, ensuring long-term adoption and satisfaction
  • Monitor customer data to track product usage, performance, and compliance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless communication and enhance the customer experience
  • Gather customer feedback to identify product improvements and collaborate with the product team to refine features and functionalities
