Computer, artificial intelligence, software engineering or related major, bachelor's degree or above
5+ years of software development or architecture design experience, including at least 2+ years of architecture design experience in AI-related fields
E-commerce industry background preferred
Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language such as Python/Java/Go, with solid programming foundation and good coding habits
In-depth understanding of machine learning and deep learning basic principles and common algorithms; familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Familiar with AIGC-related technologies, with in-depth understanding and practical experience of large language models (e.g., GPT series), Diffusion Model, etc
Profound understanding of e-commerce business, ability to accurately identify business pain points and propose innovative technical solutions
Excellent technical foresight and architecture design capabilities, able to lead complex system architecture design
Outstanding communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills, capable of efficient cross-team collaboration
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, willing to accept challenges and withstand certain work pressure

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall technical architecture design of AIGC applications in the e-commerce field, including but not limited to intelligent shopping guide, personalized recommendation, content generation (product descriptions, marketing copy, images/videos), virtual anchors, intelligent customer service, etc
Plan and design infrastructure and platforms supporting AIGC applications to ensure high performance, high availability, and high scalability
Formulate the development roadmap for AIGC technology in e-commerce business and promote continuous evolution and optimization of technical architecture
Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of mainstream AIGC-related technologies, frameworks, and models in the industry, such as large language models (LLMs), text-to-image/video models, etc
Perform reasonable technology selection based on business needs and technical trends, and formulate corresponding design specifications and standards
Conduct pre-research and prototype verification on new technologies, evaluate their applicability and value in e-commerce scenarios
Closely collaborate with product, operations, and algorithm teams to deeply understand business pain points and translate business needs into specific technical solutions
Lead the architecture design and core module development of AIGC application projects, solve key technical difficulties in projects
Guide the development team in system development, integration, and deployment to ensure high-quality project delivery
Responsible for performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization of AIGC application services to ensure stability and user experience of online services
Establish continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes for models to promote rapid iteration and optimization of AIGC models
Focus on model effectiveness and cost, conduct continuous performance and cost optimization
Serve as the technical core of the team, provide guidance and training on AIGC technologies to team members, and elevate the overall technical level of the team
Actively track the latest technical dynamics and development trends in the AIGC field, introduce them to the team, and promote technological innovation
Foster a positive atmosphere of technical sharing and learning to build a capable technical team
