Requirements
Candidates must possess a PhD in Biology or a related field, either in progress or completed within the last 10 years. Proficiency in scientific writing, strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capacity for autonomous decision-making based on limited data are essential. A passion for AI, scientific innovation, and technology is also required, along with the ability to work evenings and weekends, adapt quickly to new skills, use a personal device with Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur 11.0 or later, and have reliable smartphone access.
