Requirements

Strong knowledge of AI systems, particularly Agentic AI, including autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, and decision-making models
Proficiency in AI development tools, frameworks, languages and vector database (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, AutoGen, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI integration technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud AI)
Understanding of data pipelines, data governance, and the role of data in AI workflows
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
Strategic thinking to align AI solutions with business goals
Deep understanding of AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and interaction

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI strategies that align with business goals and long-term objectives
Develop and prioritize a roadmap for integrating Agentic AI technologies across departments and workflows
Lead the architectural design of Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
Work with business teams for detailed requirements; work with development teams for implementation. Potentially may also identify outsourced solution as needed
Assist business teams to integrate Agentic AI solutions into existing business processes and operations
Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization
Develop AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and challenges
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful AI adoption and integration
Define metrics for evaluating the effectiveness and performance of AI-driven workflows
Monitor AI systems post-deployment and recommend adjustments to optimize performance and outcomes
Educate employees and leadership on the capabilities and limitations of Agentic AI systems
Develop training programs to support the adoption of AI-driven workflows and ensure smooth transition to new processes
Identify potential risks associated with Agentic AI deployment and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and promote fairness, transparency, and accountability
