Responsibilities

  • Own and manage complex or high-impact product backlogs for designated product capability, ensuring prioritization and alignment with product strategy/roadmap
  • Drive execution of the product roadmap, translating strategic objectives into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Define clear, measurable outcomes for initiatives/features and track progress with regular updates to Product Manager
  • Translate product strategy and user needs into clear, concise, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Proactively engage with engineering and design to refine requirements, identify dependencies, and ensure feasibility
  • Serve as primary source of truth for development team on product requirements and user needs
  • Act as central orchestrator in agile team, collaborating with engineering, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders throughout development lifecycle
  • Drive alignment, resolve impediments, and ensure smooth delivery of complex features
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies
