Responsibilities

  • Shape and continuously refine the AI product roadmap in alignment with Clarios’ manufacturing and operational priorities. Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases (e.g., improving OEE, predictive maintenance, optimizing production processes, integrated planning)
  • Translate complex business challenges/opportunities into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, business SMEs, IT BRMs, plant supervisors, and operations leaders. Lead agile ceremonies and foster continuous feedback loops
  • Lead the full lifecycle of AI products—from initial hypothesis through POC/POV development, production deployment, and continuous improvement. Monitor metrics and KPIs
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and oversight of external AI vendors and technology partners. Manage performance, integration, and value delivery
  • Champion AI literacy across the organization through training sessions, hands-on workshops, and awareness campaigns
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with data governance policies, cybersecurity protocols, and ethical AI standards. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams
