Responsibilities

Shape and continuously refine the AI product roadmap in alignment with Clarios’ manufacturing and operational priorities. Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases (e.g., improving OEE, predictive maintenance, optimizing production processes, integrated planning)
Translate complex business challenges/opportunities into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
Collaborate closely with data scientists, business SMEs, IT BRMs, plant supervisors, and operations leaders. Lead agile ceremonies and foster continuous feedback loops
Lead the full lifecycle of AI products—from initial hypothesis through POC/POV development, production deployment, and continuous improvement. Monitor metrics and KPIs
Lead the evaluation, selection, and oversight of external AI vendors and technology partners. Manage performance, integration, and value delivery
Champion AI literacy across the organization through training sessions, hands-on workshops, and awareness campaigns
Ensure all AI solutions comply with data governance policies, cybersecurity protocols, and ethical AI standards. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams
