Proven interaction with senior management levels, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters

Responsibilities

Oversee the global network of Functional Architects, ensuring consistency in process design and delivery quality across engagements
Govern the creation of Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration templates, and use-case libraries
Review and sign off on solution blueprints, ensuring alignment with SaaS platform’s standard process taxonomy and control framework
Reimagine core processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R through automation, predictive analytics, and AI reasoning
Define measurable value realization models (cost savings, productivity improvement, cycle time reduction, compliance uplift)
Lead client advisory sessions to benchmark current operations against SaaS platform capabilities
Establish functional KPIs and success metrics for each process tower and ensure alignment with platform design
Discipline and management of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing team work to achieve specific goals and success criteria
Work closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions in areas like AHO, ISMT, and Intelligent Automation
