Any Graduation
13 to 18 years of experience
Strong expertise in Digital Inside Sales processes including lead generation, sales operations, CRM automation, and customer success enablement
Proficiency in Python programming and practical experience applying AI/ML models in sales or related business functions
Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-enabled sales tech solutions to clients, ideally within consulting or professional services
Experience with sales and marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and automation technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams effectively
Ability to lead technical delivery teams, manage projects, and drive client satisfaction
Deep expertise in Finance and Accounting processes, such as P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, risk, compliance, and treasury
Proven experience in Python programming with applied knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning

Responsibilities

Serve as the Technical Delivery Lead for Digital Inside Sales, combining deep understanding of Digital Inside Sales with strong technical expertise in Python and AI/ML
Lead the design and delivery of AI and ML-enabled solutions that enhance sales operations, customer engagement, and revenue growth
Act as a bridge between the sales function and technical teams to deliver end-to-end inside sales transformation solutions to clients
Focus on AI-driven lead generation and qualification, end-to-end sales cycle management, hyper-personalization with real-time insights
Act as the Technical Delivery Lead for Finance and Accounting, blending deep functional expertise in Finance and Accounting with strong technical skills in Python, AI, and Machine Learning
Deliver end-to-end AI/ML-enabled finance solutions that help clients optimize their finance operations, realizing outcomes like touchless processing, improved forecasting accuracy, and significant cost reductions
Serve as Technical Delivery Lead for Talent and HR, focusing on operating model design, HRIS optimization, hyperautomation leveraging Human+Machine models, AI-powered decision-making, and workforce agility improvements
