  • Design statistically sound research protocols and sampling plans
  • Collaborate with domain experts to ensure accuracy and inter-rater reliability
  • Synthesize study results into clear, actionable recommendations for product improvements
  • Manage documentation, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with standards
  • Maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and vendor management across concurrent studies
  • Facilitate workshops and progress updates with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
  • Support the enhancement of research methods, SOPs, and compliance processes
