Requirements

Proficiency in Go, Python, Node, React, or Next.js is required, along with experience building ML infrastructure and AI-powered solutions. A background in developing language models using frameworks like Lang Chain and evaluating performance with tools like Llama Index is necessary. A track record in scaling products at hyper-growth startups and strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will work directly with customers to understand their problems and implement solutions using Cohere's stack. They will own and build new product areas, working across the backend, frontend, and interacting with Large Language Models. The role involves experimenting at high velocity and quality to engage customers and deliver solutions, and working across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
