Requirements

Responsibilities

The AI Lead Software Engineer will design and implement LLM-based agentic applications, conduct experiments, establish technical patterns for the team, and mentor other engineers. Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI agents using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks, connecting to external systems via MCP, and defining architectural patterns for prompt engineering, agent workflows, and system integration. The role involves building on AWS services like Bedrock, Lambda, and DynamoDB, establishing testing and evaluation strategies for AI systems, and partnering with product teams to gather customer feedback and drive adoption.
