Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end technical delivery of AI solutions, including writing code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting for successful deployment and business impact
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges across all phases (data integration, model deployment, agent orchestration)
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable production systems using AI, LLMs, and the Agentforce platform to create intelligent agents and automate workflows
  • Own data end-to-end: design data models, build processing pipelines, and establish integration strategies for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing datasets
  • Innovate with the Agentforce platform by developing bespoke intelligent agents, automating business processes, and crafting user experiences
  • Embed with client teams to understand operational challenges and strategic goals, acting as a trusted strategic partner
